16 Week Transformation
To anyone considering Sina as a personal trainer,  I had the pleasure of working with Sina for 4 months. It had been about 8 years since I had worked out. I was nervous to start working out again and wanted to ensure I was performing the proper exercises with the right form. I was scared of injuring myself because it had been so long since I had worked out. I had also developed chronic pain in my rotator cuff and couldn’t lift a glass of water with out having severe pain in my right shoulder. I also found out as I started working out that I had pain in my elbows when working out my triceps.   Sina not only help me with a work out routine, he took it to the next level. He gave me exercises to warm up my shoulders and elbows before starting my exercises for the day. He had me start with 2.5 lbs weights and I slowly worked my way up from there. Today I can confirm that my rotator cuff issues are next to nothing. I no longer struggle with regular tasks and more importantly have confidence again to do every day tasks that use to really hurt me. Sina also helped me with different variations of exercises when they would present strain on my shoulders or elbows. He always knew what would help work out the target muscle and accommodate my injuries.   Sina also taught me how to push myself. This sounds simple, but when you have injuries you can be scared to really push yourself. What amazed me was how he motivated me to push myself. He didn’t drill me or give me the “cmon one more” pep talk. He is skilled at what he does. He has little tricks that are always changing to get you to push harder than you think possible. Sina helped me learn more about my body and its limitations. He showed me that I am stronger than I think I am and that I give myself mental plateaus that are short of what I can really accomplish.   After working out with Sina twice a week for a month, I signed up for his body transformation program. This was a workout program with nutrition, exercise plans and personal training. The nutrition was one of the biggest difference makers. Sina laid out every meal for me to the gram. It was strict but had some variety in it to help accommodate me. He also gave me a cheat meal every week so you don’t feel it is as intense. The work out program was solid and having personal training helped switch things up a bit from the program. With weekly email updates, Sina tracked my progress and helped adjust my nutrition and work out plan along the way. The results were incredible. I felt better mentally and physically.  I am proud of myself and could not have done it without Sina. I started my journey at 205lbs and now weigh 190 lbs. I have gained quite a bit of muscle too. Sina helped focus my gains in the right areas to help my body look the way I want it to. He has set me up with knowledge for a life time. I now know what it takes to be in the the physical condition I would like to be.   I recommend anyone to Sina. His knowledge is incredible. Being coached by Sina has taught me a lot about fitness and how diet is the key to improve your overall health. My goal was to lose fat and to build muscle at the same time, and to become healthier overall. Sina has taught me how important it is to be following the right diet and being committed towards it. I also learned how to use supplements that benefit my overall health and training. He was always there to answer any questions and to check up weekly, if anything needed to be adjusted in my diet or training. I have gained a lot of knowledge overall from him and I have become healthier physically and mentally with his help. My 16 week contest prep with Sina was a very memorable experience. Sina quickly understood my goals and where I wanted to be. His coaching style keeps you accountable yet is Sina very supportive which made my prep very stress free. My name is Andrea Perez, 23 year old bikini competitor from Calgary, Alberta. I competed at my first competition in June 2017 at the Southern Championships where I placed 3rd in my category. I started my fitness journey in 2014 after I had my baby twins. I started basic weight lift training and insane amounts of cardio just to get rid of all the baby weight I gained during my pregnancy. 2 years passed and I was able to lose the extra weight I gained, but I did not have the motivation to work out or even live a healthy lifestyle anymore. I was a little as 120lbs with very little muscle development. I found out about Sina through a coworker and decided that it was time for me to seek for help. I started training with Sina in 2016 and I am happy to say that it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Sina educated me in how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and attainable yet challenging ways to achieve my goals. We decided to prep for the Southern Championships at the end of my first 16 week transformation with AzadiFitness. Throughout my prep there were some challenges that I came across, whether it was lack of confidence or feeling drained and unmotivated, Sina was always there to support me and put everything into a positive perspective. I think some of the qualities that a Coach should possess include being knowledgeable, consistent, understanding and supportive, and I believe Sina matches that profile. 12 Week Transformation

            I started my transformation journey with Sina about 12 weeks ago. I have had joint pain over past two years, and had very hard time to lose weight. From day one , Sina helped to guide me and educate me on my fitness journey, equipping me with mental toughness to push myself to reach my goals and even exceed them.In 12 weeks, I lost 25lb, loss from size16 to a true 12, and I am still going! It isn't just the drop in numbers that has inspired me to continue om my journey, but the overall way I feel. After 12 weeks of training with Sins, I feel healthier than ever, my joint pain is much better, I have incredible energy,my balance and flexibility have improved immensely. 8 Week Transformation

           Ever since I was 8 years old, I've been overweight. I can not even begin to explain all the struggles I have had with trying to lose weight. I would always start one fad diet, fail miserably, and fall off the wagon completely - making myself feel even worse. There were countless times when I would go to the gym and leave in tears because I was so embarrassed by what I saw in the mirror. It got to the point where I felt like I tried every diet known to man, yet forever felt hopeless; I just started accepting myself as "the girl who will be fat forever." I knew I was rapidly gaining all this weight with no idea as to how to lose it. I let myself lose control because I didn't know how to change my body. My confidence was at it's lowest and not only was it affecting the relationship I had with myself, but with the people around me. I saw previous work by Sina and thought I'd try to do this one last thing for myself. In just 8 weeks I became a completely different person. I had faith in myself. Sina works hard to ensure the diets he creates are perfectly designed to suit you. This is most definitely just the beginning and I am more than excited to keep working with him to get my body to achieve the body I desire. I would rate this experience 12/10 if I could and I will recommend him to anyone I can. I am thrilled to be a client for life.

           After getting my annual blood work, I was hit with the reality that I had let myself go a little too much. My cholesterol was high, my BMI was too high, and my liver wasn't as healthy as it should be. Knowing how passionate and knowledgeable Sina was about fitness, I reached out to him and purchased his transformation package. It was the best investment I could have ever made as he guided me through my workouts and my diet adjusting it weekly as necessary. When I sent my check-ins, Sina didn't just respond with my next week's diet. He asked about how my week was and explained why he was making the changes he was.           Working with Sina was an absolute pleasure. Being a close friend and mentor, Sina was the ideal coach and trainer for me. His knowledge on nutrition, supplementation and training were second to none. My first experience working with Sina was a summer prep program, to asses my physique and get into my best shape possible for the summer of 2015. During this time I learned more than I could have ever expected about training, diet and supplements. Sina guided me through the process and gave me all the tools I needed to achieve my best possible physique. In 2016 I decided to try out Men's Physique in the ABBA. With the keen eye of Sina and his fantastic coaching skills we were able to have me stage ready looking my absolute best, subsequently taking 2nd place in Men's Physique B at the Southern Alberta Bodybuilding Championships. Above all, Sina has taught me the dedication and perseverance needed to accomplish whatever my fitness and physique goals may be, and with his help and guidance I have no doubt that I will continue to grow in the fitness community.

      The package I brought to the stage blew my own mind. I did not think it was possible to gain the amount of muscle that I did while losing fat and being the leanest I have ever been. Sina did everything he could for me through out this prep, answered every question as fast as possible and he showed that he really cares about how I actually do. This was my first prep, it was tough, but I followed everything as I was told and I went on stage looking my best. Could not be happier with my results and to top it off I placed 3rd in a big line up! Next stop is Alberta Provincial Championships next year and I cannot wait to start working with Sina again!

With my busy schedule I mentioned to Sina, I can only commit to cardio every other day and not much time to lift weights! After reviewing my lifestyle and habits Sina was able to create me a custom made nutritional plans with weekly adjustments as I progressed. I stuck to the diet 100% and only did cardio every other day... let me tell you guys nutrition is EVERYTHING!
